bioMérieux strives to continually provide the highest level of quality of its products, services and support to each customer. BIONUMERICS® was first launched in summer 1998 to support PFGE typing. With the evolution of sequencing technologies, the size of data generated and the required analyses, the BIONUMERICS® solution will eventually be unable to adapt to the changing needs of our customers.
We are pleased to announce seven new wgMLST schemas for Bacillus subtilis, Micrococcus spp., Mycobacterium bovis, Mycobacterium leprae, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus pseudointermedius, and Streptococcus pyogenes, respectively. This brings the total of available wgMLST schemas to thirty-two.
