Request Form for License String with Free Upgrade

Applied Maths' upgrade policy states that minor upgrades (decimal upgrades) of its software are free. The first major upgrade after purchase is also free. Free upgrades can be downloaded directly from our website and a License String to activate the upgrade can be obtained by submitting this form.

Using the present form, a License string for a major upgrade can only be obtained if you are entitled to a free major upgrade. Please contact us in the following cases:
  • If you wish to receive the software installation CD and/or color-printed manual;
  • If you are not entitled to a free upgrade and wish to receive a quote;
  • If you are unsure about the upgrade status of your license(s).
Please complete the form as accurately as possible, so that we can update our database to send announcements of upgrades, workshops, new software, etc. to the right person and address. Entering your e-mail address will allow us to send your License String by e-mail.

    You can find the Serial Number of your software by running the Check_SN tool from our website. The number will appear as "Keytype": ###-###-###.
    In case of a network version, you should run the Check_SN tool on the computer to which the dongle is connected.
    You can also obtain the Serial Number by pressing the button in the Startup program, and in the License window that appears, pressing .
