With our software packages BioNumerics and GelCompar II, we have built an impressive base of academic and industrial customers. More than 1500 licenses of the software GelCompar II are in use in over 80 countries. Of our flagship BioNumerics, more than 2000 licenses have been sold to universities, hospitals, public health institutions as well as industries, such as major food companies, breweries, and pharmaceutical companies. Through its high capacity, superior reliability and excellent networking capabilities, BioNumerics has been chosen in many prestigious national and international projects, networks, and critical-mission applications. Furthermore, the software is used for databasing and networking in companies that have research facilities in different countries. BioNumerics has been in the news several times for its efficiency and accuracy in critical national and international microbial pathogen surveillance networks (see Applied Maths in the News).
The microarray analysis program GeneMaths XT and the sequence analysis program Kodon are each in use in over hundred research institutions and companies worldwide.
