Velvet for Windows
A modification of the Velvet 1.1.04 assembler for Windows operating systems (D.R. Zerbino and E. Birney. 2008. Velvet: algorithms for de novo short read assembly using de Bruijn graphs. Genome Research 18:821-829). The downloads contain versions for Windows 32-bit single-threaded, Windows 32-bit multi-threaded, Windows 64-bit single-threaded and Windows 64-bit multi-threaded, respectively.

Ray for Windows
A modification of the Ray 1.6.0 assembler for Windows operating systems (S. Boisvert, F. Laviolette and J. Corbeil. 2010.
