(Nasdaq: AFFX) and that its GeneMaths® XT software for the analysis of gene expression data has achieved GeneChip-compatible™ status with the Affymetrix GeneChip® microarray platform.  As a GeneChip-compatible software provider, Applied Maths is committed to seamlessly integrating GeneMaths XT with the Affymetrix GeneChip platform.
