Applied Maths is hosting several web-based server applications running on its BioNumerics Advanced Server platform. The following examples are available:

• Sequences: Uploading a 16S rDNA sequence and place it in a phylogenetic tree with 20 closest sequences in the server database.
• Fingerprints: Uploading and identiftying a fingerprint pattern against the server database.
• MLST: Upload an MLST profile and calculate a Minimum Spanning Tree with the 50 most related profiles in the server database.
• Spa-typing: Upload forward and reverse sequencer trace files of spa gene and assign spa type on the server.
