Identification & Decision Networks

Decision Networks: one of the most versatile and powerful new tools in BioNumerics
Below is an example of a Decision Network that classifies entries, based upon SNPs in two genes, into three phenotype variants.
For each entry you click on, the end nodes show the "decision", i.e. the result from the network (green is true, red is false).
The status for each internal node can also be seen.
